Nowadays, we are more health-conscious than ever before. We are intentionally eating foods that are greener, drinking more water, getting more exercise. Today's guest, Paige Foote, is a Registered Dietician who offers a different way of looking at healthy eating. She is known to say that you don't have to live off of kale smoothies to eat well. During this episode, Paige takes us through her journey from finding her passion to creating her dream job, now being able to truly help people.

We're just bombarded with these really scary messages about food. To make a change, start with really, really small gradual changes that will help you be able to sustain it for the rest of your life."
